FinCorp is now on Bill Pay.
As part of ongoing efforts by FinCorp to ensure premium customer service and satisfaction is maintained at all times and at all levels, FinCorp has signed up with the banks offering the Bill Pay facility. Bill Pay is now available to all FinCorp commercial loan clients. Bill Pay is an effortless, risk free and convenient way for making payments and is completely free of charge.
FinCorp will make it easy for you to use the Bill Pay facility.
Here is how to sign up for Bill Pay.
- FinCorp will be sending the application form in customer mailers sent out to all commercial loan customers. All you have to do is to fill up the form, return it to us and we will facilitate the registration with your respective banks.
- Your bank will issue to you a Personal Access Code ( PAC ) ( for BSP ) or Customer Registration Number ( CRN ) ( for ANZ and for Westpac). It will give you specific instructions to follow.
- The bank will also issue an initial password for each mode of payment, i.e. passwords are kept separate for Phone Banking and for Internet Banking. To keep your passwords secure and private, change your initial password.
- On or before your due date, use the Bill Pay by picking up the phone or logging on to the Internet. For all your loan repayment transactions, be sure to indicate FinCorp’s Bill Pay number 10459 and to refer to your loan account number indicated in your customer invoice
